Can I use my own carrier?
No. Thrive Watch works with Teracube Wireless, which runs on a nationwide 4G LTE network. The SIM comes pre-installed.
Can my child download apps or browse the internet?
No, and that's intentional. Thrive Watch has no social media, no browser and no app store.
How do I manage settings?
Manage contacts, School Mode, Sleep Mode, location and alerts in the Teracube Parent app. It's free on iPhone and Android.
Is the watch water resistant?
It handles everyday splashes, but it isn't designed for swimming, showering or being submerged.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 3 days on a charge, depending on use. It charges with the included magnetic USB cable.
